-Can products be returned?

If the rice bag is damaged or there is a foreign object inside the product, please contact us with a photo. We will promptly refund or exchange the product for a new one.

 

・I received a different product than what I ordered. Can I exchange it?

We apologize for the inconvenience, but if you contact us, we will promptly replace the product.

 

-For deliveries outside of Ho Chi Minh City, can I specify a date and time?

Unfortunately, we cannot specify a delivery date and time for deliveries outside of Ho Chi Minh City. Because we outsource delivery, delivery will take 2 to 8 days after shipping from Ho Chi Minh City (depending on the delivery company's situation at the time).

 

-When I received the rice, I couldn't understand the Vietnamese the delivery driver spoke.

Unfortunately, all our drivers are Vietnamese and cannot speak Japanese. Therefore, please ask "Japanese rice?"

 

・ I would like you to leave it at the reception upon delivery.

When ordering, please write in the comments section (memo) that you would like to leave the rice at the reception. Please note that when leaving the rice at the reception, you will usually need your room number, so please be sure to write it down. Even if you pay by cash on delivery, if you leave the payment at the reception, the delivery staff will collect the payment from the reception when they drop off the rice.

 

・I bought pre-washed rice, but it turns cloudy when I add water. Why?

The cloudy white color is the dissolved starch layer of the rice. Please rest assured that it is not bran. Our no-wash rice is made using a method called "dry no-wash rice," which removes the bran from the surface, but leaves just enough of the flavor layer intact.
