Gin Warabeuta is a luxurious soy sauce made from soybeans that has been aged for three years.

It is made using traditional techniques using whole soybeans from Aichi Prefecture and traditional sea salt called Umi no Sei. The resulting "Tamari Soy Sauce" is the height of luxury, as it is carefully aged for three years and drips from the bottom of a cedar barrel .

It is made using only half the amount of water compared to the ingredients, resulting in a rich, umami-filled finish. It has twice the umami content of regular soy sauce, and goes well not only with Japanese cuisine, but also with steak, olive oil, and other dishes.

Recommended uses: Sashimi, teriyaki, boiled tofu, simmered dishes, steak, etc.

[Best before date] 2 years from the date of manufacture

<A word from the owner of Tawaraya>

The two-doyo brewing method (which involves two summers and takes roughly three years to complete) has been passed down through generations since the 5th year of the Meiji era, and is extremely time-consuming and requires the skill of a master craftsman. However, the reason they have not changed their style is because this is the only way they can create "delicious tamari soy sauce with a rich flavor and thickness." As it is additive-free and does not contain any wheat, it is also recommended for health-conscious and gluten-free people!
